Water is an extremely valuable resource. Water is needed for irrigation, industry, transportation, drinking, bathing, and a variety of other uses in day-to-day life. Without water, life on earth would not have evolved. The human body needs a lot of water. Water is used by all of your cells, muscles, and tissues to help regulate temperature, stay hydrated, and sustain bodily functions. Water also serves as a lubricant and a cushion for the joints.

  1. Water is a material that consists of the chemical elements hydrogen and oxygen and is found in gaseous, liquid, and solid states. It is one of the compounds that is most abundant in nature and is so essential too. It has the features to dissolve many other substances. It is a tasteless and odorless liquid at room temperature.

  3. Water is the only natural substance that is found in all three physical states liquid, solid, and even gas.
